"No Problems here! I brought the Quantum Pad for my 4 children back in February and I don’t think I have changed the batteries more than once. The kids use it quite a lot so it is not like it sits around unused for long periods. My older 2 (10 & 11)both use the Quantum books ( I have found them to be very helpful in explaining certain concepts in maths) and the younger 2 (4 & 7) use the regular leappad books. I have found it quite durable, it has been dragged to t-ball practise and soccer practise, carried to see Grandma, and various other places as well as being dropped a few times. We originally had the leappad pro but our puppy ate the pen and several books."
"Quantam Pad is Great for third thru 6th grade. So far Quantum has been so interesting, portable, and helpful to my third grader and sixth grader, even though it was meant for the third grader!
Great way to teach new material, and review material! Which is difficult to accomplish in one venue! So I recommend this product for any child from third grade on!
Also, it is easy to bring along in the car and/or on trips!"
"Awesome Education Toy! My 8 yr old son received this as a xmas gift, and loves it. He’s always said that school is boring, but now I find him playing with this long after homework is done. It has proven to invaluable in helping him with multiplication and he also quickly learning about the rest of the topics as well. I would highly recommend this for any child! "
